We design and develop the mould design using NX MACH 3 Mold Design technology.

Machining & Finishing

The moulds are produced by our highly skilled human resources using advanced CAM programs such as CAD/CAM HyperMILL and DepoCAM, and the following state-of-the-art technology:
6 Axis Deep Milling/Drilling 3000x1200x800x1630mm
5 Axis CNC Machining 4500x2500x1500mm
EDM 4000x2000x1250mm
Crane 32 ton | 20 ton.

Our bench specialists assemble the mould components, polish and finish the mould and then test it.

Trials

We rely on our PLATEC testing centre to carry out tests on our moulds, which is capable of testing moulds with a clamping force of up to 3200T.
